REFUND POLICY

 

1) Our refund policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

2) Non- refundable items:

  • Items that have been opened and used. 

  • Items that are bought more than 7 days ago. 

  • Services that have been carried out e.g laser treatment, facial treatment, scar treatment, breast laser treatment. 

  • Services that are sold as a package, remaining services cannot be refunded. 

  • Services that are at a discount, e.g. first trials, promotional purchases.

 

3) To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

 

4) There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

  • Any item that is returned more than 7 days after purchase. 

5) Once your return product is received and inspected, we will send you an email or call you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved,  your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

6) Late or missing refunds : If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

7) Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items or promotion item cannot be refunded.

 

8) We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at thelaserandlightmedical@gmail.com and send your item to: NO 23 G, Jalan Wangsa Delima 12, Bandar Wangsa Maju, 53300 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

 

Shipping policy

 

1) Our products are shipped within 1-5 Working Days. You may expect your product within 1-5 working days upon payment.

 

2) To return your product, you should mail your product to: NO 23 G, Jalan Wangsa Delima 12, Bandar Wangsa Maju, 53300 Kuala Lumpur, Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur.

 

3) You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

4) Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

 

5) If you are shipping an item over RM 50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
